you were retwisting or interlocking ..right? or doing maintenance to make the roots tight?
you came to the right place.. all those things salons and locticians push to make roots way too tight do indeed cause4 a balding called traction alopecia (tension caused balding) but your in luck just posted a video on a massage technique (ofcourse stop tightening the roots) that will help
