1 take biotin if your stomach can handle it a stronger dose (its a vitamin) 2 see the video i added yesterday on a massage technique and oils to use to get the bloodflow going
and ofcouse wash often weekly at a min and keep all tension off the roots no styling or anything

you came to the right place.. all those things salons and locticians push to make roots way too tight do indeed cause4 a balding called traction alopecia (tension caused balding) but your in luck just posted a video on a massage technique (ofcourse stop tightening the roots) that will help
