yess absolutely this is caused by going to shops cured by..not

but with extra steps to recover

1 take biotin if your stomach can handle it a stronger dose (its a vitamin) 2 see the video i added yesterday on a massage technique and oils to use to get the bloodflow going

and ofcouse wash often  weekly at a min and keep all tension off the roots  no styling or anything

you were retwisting or interlocking ..right? or doing maintenance to make the roots tight?

you came to the right place.. all those things salons and locticians push  to make roots way too tight do indeed cause4 a balding called traction alopecia (tension caused balding) but your in luck just posted a video on a massage technique (ofcourse stop tightening the roots) that will help

we have an expert on this that can help you out.

i know enough to help all but the most severe cases which i turn over to her
