Welcome. But I have to warn you that palm rolling is terribly destructive. If you don't do it much, it doesn't create lasting knots. It only makes them look neat for a few hours. If you do it enough to see progress, it will destroy your roots. I did it daily for only the first 2 weeks, and 6 year later I am still trying to fix the damage:

Welcome. Eagle's right about twisting. It causes a condition called Traction Alopecia. This leads directly to premature baldness
