This weakens your locks, and will cause them to snap in places over time. Unlike popular belief, there is no such thing as a "safe" way to crochet. Crochet hooks are designed for thicker, stronger thread than hair.
Also, when you was, do you mix the BS and ACV together.or use them separately? Just checking. Some youtube videos show you to mix them. That should NEVER be done.

welcome but crochets a very bad idea..especialy as maintenance your breaking tons of hair creating the need for the maintenance..lwich is destruction
throw thehook in the trash and look over the crochet recovery sections
