just seperte by pulling them apart
retwisting is what salons do that makes uu go bald
take out the rubber bands right away then seperate after every wash
thats all u need
dont use it it does build up and anything t5hat holds prevents dreading
they need to move freely not be leld in place with gunk
you dont retwist i hope right/
