but especialy not with something tight

theres no point in covering them though alot of the dreading happens in yoir sleep, the side of yoir head u sleep on (typically back) dreads fastest

and wearing a hat, especialy a fitted hat like a baseball hat or  du rag or anything that restricts movemenmt will delay if not prevent dreading

Also, what do you recommend wrapping them with at night? If anything!

2 things you should not wrap in a durag at night and 2 were you retwisting or anything you should never see all that scalp you see in yoir profile picture...forced  tightening of the roots that exposes the scalp like that cayses balding
