well then your hair is pretty much like mine :)You don't need aloe or any other moisturizers because it will make your hair slippery and it will lock slower. All you need to do is wash and separate.crochet really is no good though..it makes the dreads look neat, then all the hairs it broke pop out and you need to crochet more to fix those hairs...it never stops!! lol:)

alotta ppl know me so not surprisedwell take the bands out they are no goodthen start seperateing the ions trying to grow together pull them in oposite direcyions releasing the connected hairsand the frizz ignore it will get better with time

welcome umm 2 things 1 u want to be agressive in removing wax and 2 aloe like wax wont help ypu its used as a conditioner only and if your going to a formal for a tidy up but it wont help u dread (unless your african hair type)so u dont need iit u just wanna keep ityt around for when your ofver drysticky crap slows dreading it doesnt help dreads u want to keep hair clean and free of srticky gunks as u canafter removing wax you'll find they dread 3 times fasterglad u joined usnamaste

Welcome!If you started out using wax you should do a wax removal...that sticky stuff will get inside your dreadies and stay there :/What type of hair do you have?? Is it overly dry that you're gonna use aloe?
