and u should wash a mimnumum of weekly more oftens even better but after wsashing never twist thenm

Thanks!! I started my process about3 mos ago and have been finding the information on your site very useful. I started by using the locking up shampoo. Its been a bit stressful as my hair is very thick and gets matted up quickly and easily. I use rip and tear to separate but scared to damage my hair. I almost washed them out a couple times out of frustration but I am trying to stay positive and hope they soon look beauteous!!!!
