welcome but u should stop the palm rolling but especialy styop crochet an d clockwise rubbing both of wich cause extreme harm also you are using aloe wic h is counter productive atthis point and is why you have to keep rolling rubbing and abusing with hooks
stop the aloe andstop everything your doing except washing and seperating
throw the hook in the trqsh it will take years to recover fully from using the hook
