Just starting on this journey. I have made many other changes in my life, feel like I am finally getting my focus clear. I want to expand my peacefulness with "hair peace" (as John Lennon called it). Letting me be me. So I am freeform-ing and watching the process, as my hair seems to have a lot of natural curl especially in the back, and I occasionally twist and separate the natural pieces. I don't know what my hair will do, and if it is dreadlocks, I'm fine with it. If it is something else, that's fine, too. I feel like calling this the "restraint" method, as you have to practice restraint, not neglect!
