you can take any old vitamin supliments that say "for stronger nails and hair" or wharever theres even bioyin enriched drinks although probably not a high dose

absolutely dreading happens because movement cayses the hairs to tangle and knot then sleeping on them compresses it tightening them
how will the loose hairs move and knot if they are forced into place and/or glued down with gels and waxes
