Welcome. It's good you only used the lemon juice once. Lemon juice is really bad for your hair. It's citric acid. It's not a strong acid, but it's strong enough to seep into your hair shaft and weaken it. Multiple uses will make your hair brittle and crack. It can actually make your hair break off

It just feels so clean, no problems with dandruff. Maybe ill look for something else for shampoo, wash out those residues

Welcome. But head a shoulders is not residue free, and it's pretty toxic. At least you haven't gunked up your locks with wax and gel, but the residue that your shampoo is leaving does build up and may cause some issues.
If you use it for dandruff, there are quite a few more healthy ways to help with that
