Looking at those ingredients, I'd stop using it. Petroleum, itself will not wash out in normal soap and water. It's a hydrocarbon and will need a detergent to wash it out. It'll leave some nasty residue in your hair. Methanol is an alcohol and will actually dry out your hair, which is why they add all of the other oils, to cover up the damage done by the alcohol.
In fact, none of what is in there sounds like it'll actually help your hair grow faster at all. Biotin is a vitaminsupplementthat is great for hair growth. I have been using it for about 3 months and it's really starting to work wonders. Rosemary oil is also great fr hair growth.
