welcome adams righgt bout the wax but should have mentioned since your under a month in its best to start over if u used it but since u didnt say u did ill assume u didnt so are off to a good start
Welcome to the community. I hope you didn't use wax in your dreads. It is terrible and will eventually lead to you having to cut them off. If you did, remove it ASAP. Wax b gone will work, or you can use dish detergent and hot water. Wax b gone will take less treatments to fully remove it. If you didn't use it, great. Happy dreading.
