It's nice to meet you too Brandy : ) Thank you for answering my questions about the TnR dread process. It's funny because underneath, especially in the back I have alot of loose hairs and TnR's that came out. So that whole area is pretty much neglect which I have to keep on top of and keep sectioning so it doesn't clump into too big of chunks. I wouldn't mind a small beaver tail dread, just not a true to size beaver tail dread. Lol! I have my limits ; ) It is fun to watch at least a few start from scratch though. Anyway, keep on being the kind of person you are : ) I'm glad my comment to you made your day. I feel as though if I see a positive quality in someone, I want to let that person know, instead of holding it inside. I will continue following your journey as well. I sent you a friend request too, I hope you don't mind. Enjoy your weekend!
thankyou sooo much! awe i love you, that just made my day! all of em except for one are TnR i have one fully natural (shes beautiful but still a baby just a lil bumpy at the top) mine started getting all crazy and breaking free from their TnR at about a month and a half to two month mark, im thinking yours would get all beautifully crazy natural sooner because its curly, i could bewrongthough. and yeah i think the scrunched up flattened loops at the top near the root is new hair that grew out dreading (mine also did the same matted thing yours are doing at the roots now that you mentioned) and YESSS, they have thickened so much and shrunk at least 1 1/2 to 2 inches im loving it. hahaha i have a few beaver tail dreads in the back (from laying on them) at first i fretted about it but they will round out oncethey'vematured, its all a part of my journey, so beautifully humbling to watch something grow, im sure you might know what i mean being a mother. thankyou for commenting on my photo its so good to meet you ill follow your journey im sure your dreads are gonna be AWESOME! and dont worry they will start doing what they want before you know it!
You radiate happiness & goodness in all your pictures! I love it! I saw that you did TnR like I did. I did them loose and let them do their thing from there. Your dreads look great and very natural and you can still see loops that form on neglect dreads. I am only about 24 days in and mine are starting to get real matty & firm on the tops. Did your loops on the top of some of your dreads form when your hair started to grow out? Have they thickened up and when did they start to look more natural? I am hoping mine will start to get that natural look and was curious. There are so many neglect journeys on here, so it's nice to see another TnR journey. I have spiral curly hair so I am sure it might be different. I am happy to find another person that is happy they did TnR. I am very happy I did as well. I would have been a loony if I ended up with any beaver tail dreads. It's just the way I am ; ) I have never been so comfortable in my hair before now and its taken 49 years to get here : ) Your pic's and profile bio made me happy today.

Wow! I just saw that you are only 17. My youngest son is 17 and has that same wisdom you have. The youth today is amazing! : )
