Welcome. But That shampoo is not good for locks. It contains too many conditioners and residues. Plus palm rolling destroys locks. If you don't do it much, it doesn't do anything to create lasting knots. if you do it enough to see progress, it severely destroys your roots. I did it for only 2 weeks in the beginning, and 7 years later I'm still trying to fix the damage:
