I need advice on what I can do about my problem from stretching to fast

I currently have 5/8 gauges in my ear, butunfortunatelyI gauged them up to fast and my ear lobe has blown out. I'm not sure of any other way to describe it, but when i take my earring out the inside of my ear, like the part that touches my earring spills out and it looks hideous. Is there anything that I could do to fix this problem. Any advice or help you could give me will be greatlyappreciated!!!!!
