how to remove blow outs??? advice plsssss

hi, i have blow outs cos i streched my ears too fast..from 6mm to 10mm i think.. no i have 20mm in both ears and the normal jewellery isint comfortable in my ear and keeps going on the back side of my ear..only silicone tunnels are comfortabel :S and i need to get rid of them cos i want to strech till 35mm and i think if i leave them like this and keep streching they will be worse :S any helppp how to remove them or something plss??
