welcome but yiu git pretty advanced traction alopecu-ia u got to stop twisting stop all tight pulling no more braiding them like that you have to massage the scalp all the time to increase bloodflow

keep all tension off the roots

maybe take biotin to help the regreowth

when it does grow back..leave it! yiu should have hair covering the scalp! let it get fuzzy let it dread itself

u will be completely bald in no time if u keep twisting like that

No problem. It's what a lot of people think they should do. And there's a lot of bad info out there. We just like to help you grow the healthiest, long lasting locks you can grow

Welcome. But never twist you hair. When you see scalp in between each lock, you are creating a condition called traction alopecia which leads directly to baldness

welcome but yea crochets extremely extremely bad for dreads if you have crochetted that long they will be fairly weak by now! its extremely destructive and you have to stop if you want your dreads to last

Welcome. But crocheting is the most damaging thing that can be done to locks. It breaks hairs and maks your locks weaker and weaker. If you keep crocheting, they can actually snap off in places. And if you crochet he roots, they can fall out at the rot, and leave a bald spot.

No work should ever be done on the roots. It destroys locks
