I went camping above Harrisburg maybe 7-8 years ago. Right near Stoney Creek. it was so much fun. I think part of theAppalachianTrail snuck by us. Or maybe it was one of the offshoots of it
Harrisburg mainly but lots of relatives speckled all over so we make it around. I know I've been to Philly, but it's been years since we've made that side trip it may be time for it again
For sure I'd let ya know!
Where in Pa do you go? I know Philly is kind of on the other side, but it's completely worth the trip. It may be a city, but there are so many things to do around here. And even though it's urban, there are plenty of hiking trails around. Mostly small day hikes, but they're nice.
Hit me up if you make it to town
Awww how sweet! You guys got some wonderful photos. We got married at the lake in our hometown very beautiful & the memories <3
How kewl! I come to PA every year, maybe I'll have to head there even tho it's out of our way. Sounds just amazing & looks lovely too.
There's a really cute creek that runs through this park of the park. We got married about 20 feet from this picture. The creek comes right up to the edge of the trail behind us. We were expecting to here geese honking in the background.
But yeah, this park it total is bigger than Central Park. It's the biggest city park in the country. Very cool to brag about, but also just nice to know you are in the middle of nowhere and only 20 minutes from everything Philly has to offer
oh wow i wouldn't have guessed! how neat. we have an awesome park system around here & lots of woods. LOVE it, miss the lake i grew up near tho, this river doesn't compare.
They are amazing woods. You completely forget about being in the middle of a city
beautiful woods & cute photo
