lol. Thanks
oh it's yours! i wonder who's wedding picture on the header of the site. :D
love the photograph, man. and congrats.
It weighs on me once in a while. It's not a constant nagging feeling in my mind. I see my dad, and just know who he is, and what kind of man he is. I don't think about not wanting to be like him when I see him. It's just become who I am to not be like him.
I like that advice. Thanks. My wife and I are like that. I pay the bills. Even if it's with her money (We still haven;t gotten a joint account). She just knows that she isn't as good with bills as I am.
Damn man sorry to hear that, sounds like that weights on you. Sometimes all we can do as children of our parents is follow the good, and avoid the bad, im sure you'll be better than he is, and it goes to show you that all it takes is an awesome mom and you can succeed. Ive been pretty lucky, my parents and my wife's parents have been together for 30 and 27 years respectively, but that doesn't mean we have the secret to success, it still takes a lot of love, understanding, and friendship. If i can pass a piece of advice that my parents gave to me, and maybe it'll be useful to you and your wife, my dad told me "forget what you as a couple excel at, find out what you suck at, and avoid it like hell" lol, in their case its finances, they always fight over money, so they decided to delegate who pays what, and no one asks questions, they've been happy ever since. I did that with my wife, and we almost dont fight. Hopefully you can use that to your advantage lol. Take Care brotha.
Oh, we definitely loved the trip. Dublin sucked, though. We plan to go back as soon as we can. But this time we'd skip the entire east coast. Galway was the most beautiful and fun city ever
very lovely. all of your photos are <3
hope you enjoyed your trip & are loving the married life! you seem like you will, both of you radiate joy & look so happy together
I do too. My parents are still together, but my mom is miserable. She always told my sister and me that she was only staying together with my dad until we were both out of school. Well, my sister is 3 years older than me and has been out of school for years. But she still lives at home. I am still in school, but I moved out over 5 years ago. And they are still together. I think my mom feels like with all the health problems my dad has, she owes him something. It's sad, really. He's not a good father. And definitely not a good husband. But my mom is loyal, and doesn't want to hurt him even with how much he's hurt our family. I'm just glad I turned out more like her than him
No problem man, i love to see our generation tying the knot, hopefully changing the unfortunate marriage landscape in this country, and that ridiculous 50% divorce rate here in the U.S. I've broken a lot of statistics in my life, and this is another one that i intend to. I'll pray for you that you can do the same. Best wishes and one love.
Such awesome wedding pics!!!! Congrats!
Awesome photo, congratulations!
