didnt see the question but rubber bands are bad ideas they cause like 12 diferent problems and thsy are way berter off without anytg=hing or a bead if anything

but the question a looser pony tails better the thing is tying it up will slow it somewhat but will also encourage it to become 1 big dread so u wil have to seperate much more

I lost about 1/2 my hair like I was a chemo patient. The pressure from my shower head took off 1/3 of my hair by itself. running my hands through it, took the rest off
