depends how tight it is..and you should never retwist

ifyou must.. twice a year and not at all tight

but you shouldnt ever retwist  instead separate using the popping method

read up on here on the epidemic of traction alopecia  caused by retwisting and interlocking

Understood but since i interlockedi was also wondering if its going to make my hair growth pattern slower or will my dreads grow normally still  & how often should i retwist now 

interlockings bad but once isnt a death se i would stop retwisting toontence 

If you could get back to me id honestly appreciate it so ive been growing my locs for 6 months going on 7 the 29th of this month ill be a year in novembe i interlocked for the first time & dont plan on doing it again , am i still in trouble ?
