Welcome. How are you "getting" locks? Locks take a long time to mature. You can't "get" them done and have mature locks right away. Mature locks take about a full year to form. If you are planning to have someone crochet your hair, check out the dreaducation page and the recovery forums first. Crocheting is the MOST damaging thing that can be done to locks. It does nothing but rips your hairs into smaller and smaller pieces, which weakens your locks and makes them brittle.
As for products, you don't need any. Just throw away your comb and it will dread. If you want to use a starter method, then TnR is the way to go. All you need are fingers.
