Welcome. I gather that you've stopped waxing hem, and are removing it, and that you stopped using a crochet hook. That's all good. Your locks can come out amazing if you leave them alone
ok thats good they are definately savable and your on the right track the wax b gone will get it out and the hooking ..well just think of it as an unpleasant memory you dont like to talk about haha
hey soaring eagle, my primary method of wax removal was months of ocean water swimming, however, as you must suspect there are still quite a few dreads that feel as though they have some wax in the core. I just recently ordered the wax-b-gone product that I've read about (I also ordered the gel it recommends using in combo with). I was only a hooker for a week, and that was last month. Wish I found this forum 6 months ago as I'm hesitant to cut my dreads off (3 years of hair growth).

welcome the wax and crochet were very bad ideas as u know have you done wax removal? how long ago did you stop being a hooker?
