Welcome!It's a great step to have stopped using wax but you need to remove it. It won't wash out on it's own. People who wax once have found waxy cores in their dreads after years of regular washing!Read the Dread Wax Truth link at the top on some removal methods. Also there is a soap being developed by people on the site that will help, and a body spray that has been discovered to emulsify the wax.Good luck
