The progress done is just an illusion. It comes out on it's own in a few hours. If you are seeing any progress, you are doing it too hard and too often. This will irrevocably destroy your roots. I have been battling with fixing my roots, from just 2 weeks of palm rolling, for the past 4 years. The damage doesn't show up right away. It actually took 2 years for me to see how sever it was.
