interlocking is literally one of the craziest things that has ever been done to dread swell crochet and felting to interlocking is just a ridiculous process it's something that nobody should have ever done.

step 1 NEVER INTERLOCK!! thats in the top 3 worse things you could ever do

step 2 NEVER TIIGHTEN THE ROOTS PERIOD it could only get that advanced if youd been interlocking or retwisting for years

step 3 WASH AT LEAST WEEKLY you wont need any oils or have to worry about dirt retention you can wash every day in fact

step 4 FOLLOW THIS GUIDE FOR REESTABLISHING COMPROMISED CIRCULATION why you have hair loss is  1: tight roots this compromises the capillaries that feed the follicle..which dies and wont grow back untill new capilaries are established to feed the hair root
