yes its normal just let it do its thing you dont have to tnr it even it will dread on its own
wash when u want to wash 2-4 days whatever feels right to wash theres no reason not to ever just wash in a dread freindly way

welcome randome sectionings fine as long as too many hairs dont cross between dreads worse case the 1st months seperating will be rough
