great to have ya

i 1st met baba ram dass on the great peace march while fasting 2 weeks and riding my unicycle nyc to dc .. he offered me french fries.. i told him i was fasting and he suggested i wear a number around my neck for how many days it had been (me and a freind planned to fast fir world peace the day we were going to start  the march arrived  where we were and we had to choose march or fast and decided to do both

then many years later after his  stroke saw him at a rainbow gathering. we just hung out most of the 2 weeks, in the morning when we could hang and chat as brothers before the masses sought him out  and gathered around him.

he claimed to remember the 1st time we met.. somehow i doubted it though haha i think i was 17

but really wonderful person to get to know
