Our hair does look about the same length. We did start around the same. I started 4/6/13. I used the back comb method. I didn't use any wax either. All I do is wash with dreadlock shampoo bar. It's made by Buck County Soap. Yours are looking pretty good.
hey Life, you can put beads in your sections at any time. Just move them around, or up and down so they don't get stuck in there. Knots can form overnight when in the beginning stages. Have fun with your dreads and decorate them however you want...Peace
