lol, great way of putting it. Right now I'm at the whim of someone elses cooking so I don't get to eat as healthy as I want. I've gained 15 pounds since moving here. The goal is to eat fresh fruits and vegetables and only meat that is raised in the wild and hunted myself.
watch the future of food to see the american version of the same film...but better yet just stop eating the "conventional garbage and start eating as locally and organically as possible.The monsanto garbage goes into all the processed foods so if you eat fresh and natural you dont have to worry about supporting them.Easy trick is just dont eat anything that can sit on the shelf for more than 5 days without going bad. i saw a movie on this and it totaly pissed me offhow can they sue a farmer for accidently having his farm infected by theyre seeds ?shouldnt the farmer be able to sue them for destroying the natural purity of theyre unaltered crops?
