I have been seeing dreads more and more lately and all it has been doing is making me want them more and more. I was finally able to meet up with my friend and she gave me 4 little dreads at the bottom of my hairline. I love them so much already! I only wanted to do partial dreads, so we weren't sure how many to start with. I wantseveral more already. I have an attachment to them. I think they are adorable and cannot wait for them to mature. I am going to toy with the idea of adding another row of dreads on top of those. We shall see. I just feel like I want them more noticeable. These 4 are able to be hidden quite easily, and I think they need to be noticed.

Funny thing, I did not tell my husband that I was doing this before I did it. He is in the navy and is deployed at the moment. We were texting a bit before he called and I told him I have 4 dreads...he just repeated that back to me with a question mark. He had no idea that I had been wanting dreads. I was unsure of how he would react. He didn't seem to really care either way, so that's good! I was afraid it was going to be a bigger deal. He is pretty amazing.
