but wax really destroys dreads the best thing you can do is comb out start over right wax free cause even the best wax removers can take months of hard work to get the wax out then u still may never be sure you got it all
its pure evil
u need to get your money back they need to learn that scamming ppl with wax is not ok

no products except aloe vera (only pure aloe no other ingredients) or sghae but the wazx has to come out its really evil
