They are just a bit fuzzier and relaxed than they were on day one and not sticking up all over my head (The Hubs has nicknamed me "Sonic" lol). Most of them in the back have fallen out, and I'm figuring the ones in the front may do the same due to my short hair. So... Imma jus let it do it's thing and see where it takes me
Thanks I sectioned my hair by backcombing and then let them go. I, too, wanted to give them the path and then let them go. In the back of my head. they all fell out and shortly after started dreading their own pattern and I'm only two weeks in I've only had one section that was getting way too big and I just separated it into the sections I wanted and it's been fine ever since. I did take a look at the rest of your pictures and I like how you took out the bottom of your hair Makes it look nice and unique I probably would have gone completely natural if my hair had been longer, but only the hubs knows I'm even doing this and I have to look presentable and I've made a hat and a hair cover thatI wearwhen I'm out.
Hi Tia! Thank you. Your hair looks really cute! How did you start them? I was too scared to go all natural because I didn't want huge dreads and I was afraid it would dread into 8 huge dreads or something. For some that's cool, but for me it just didn't resonate. I gave them a path and now they can do their thing. If you look at my two new pic's I just posted I did do one thing that was bothering me. I had the ends so tight and skinny I felt like I was constricting them from moving like they should. I ended up taking about 6-7 inches and unwinding the hair loose so now it's very loose but definitely staying put. I feel so much better now about it. I feel it has room to move now. As for the gray, I started to turn at 25. I don't blame anyone for wanting to dye their hair. I can understand. Someday I will feel it, just not now ; )
