Hello, well it was very considerate and thoughtful of you to feel that you may offend Indian people by having a tattoo of a Hindu deity. God is for all... He doesn't differentiate. U can't have a copyright over him. So i don't think its incorrect to have a tattoo of Ganesha on yourself as long as you have respect for him in your heart. I would still suggest you do a little research, read about Ganesha n be absolutely certain if u want to have a tattoo of a deity of another culture.... so that people won't say you are just another wannabe but actually know what u have done and for what reasons.. Peace, hope this helps :)

Wonderful! Because that's the only crafty thing I can do :P I liked the style of number 10 and I've always had this image in my head that I've wanted on paper but I can't draw it and I can't find anything similar so I'll just describe it, pretty much it's a naked pregnant girl sitting cross legged in space and the earth is in/on her stomach and she's holding the sun and the moon in each hand on either side of the earth and she has super long dreads just flowing around and stuff. I know it probably sounds silly but it looks great in my head Haha.

I guessed as much, a lot of them are pretty deep and I get some of the ideas in them in relation to myself, which is why I asked. That would be lovely, what can I make for you in return? Do you like wood spirits?

Welcome to the community Troy and to this wonderful site that will teach you how to grow awesome healthy dreadlocks. The dreaducation section at the top of the site has great tips for you, so does my post: (Dead URL) http://www.dreadlockssite.com/forum/topics/just-starting-out-what-to-expect/a>

So you want to start by twist & rip, if you do that method, let your hair section naturally first. It takes a couple of weeks for this to happen. Just wash 2-3 times a week with a dread friendly shampoo and stop brushing or combing. The hair will section itself to where it wants the dreads to be. These are then the sections you would use. Any length of hair will section, so you can do that now. Knots like to form and stay in hair when it is 5-6 inches long, but will section shorter.

For nice healthy dreads, do your reading first and learn all you can. .....enjoy your future journey...peace
