hairs conected to sevral locks

Hi all. So I a few, some , most all of my locks that are connected to each other. Tiny hairs from the root of a separate lock has moved into a lock and its in so nice and tight that I can not just pull it out. Anything I can do or just leave it be? Also again nothing I think I can do just more wondering if it will all work out down the road. I have a few locks that have taken then tips of my hair and sucked them up like half way into the lock and they are all twisted and round. Is this just part of the birth of the locks?
