Group Swap

Just trying to get a group together to do a big (possibly secret) group swap. Any ideas on what/how to go about this are welcome.

I was thinking about 1 person sending 1 package to someone else at random. The package could contain created items, local goods, dread related stuff, ect. After we have who all will be involved we could do a question type post to get an idea of the person you will be sending things to so you can get them something they'll enjoy & utilize. Maybe have an approximate value limit?
