quicker dread recovery!!!!

hey guys i just wanted to share that i tried to loosen my dreads by pressing them as if using a toothpaste bottle..... i mean.. were i found a stiffer spot i pressed it with my fingers.. putting pressure in the dread to try to undo the crochet knot........ i has worked really fine and i love that my dreads are becoming undone... but they are getting a more natural and organic texture-.... i don`t know if this is damaging but i think is being an upgrade on my dreadies... OPINIONS are requested.,.... i don`t know maybe im doing some harm
