Welcome. But wax will only serve to prevent locking and cause mold and mildew to crow in your hair. When this happens, your hair will begin to rot on your head. And because the wax glues your hair together, it'll just stay stuck to the rest of your hair, and you may not notice for a while, until the damage is too bad.
