no unless the crochets real tight then light use of aloe and/or jojoba to loosen them will speed up recovery

but lusdh's president wrote us saying no lush bars are technicaly dread safe

lush isnt the best option and u never need to palm roll at all nor should u but at least you stopped that crochet!

Ah... Hmm.. I just wanted to say.. Palm-rolling isn't really needed. It generally does more harm than good. it can cause thinning at the roots and such, and doesn't really help things much. Although, what you do is totally up to you.
