After the 2nd wash. Shamefully at the end of my hair process, my friends applied knotty boy locking wax. I wasn't happy and after much protest and considering they put so much love into my hair, I let them do their thing. Now I am washing it out. I figured once wouldn't be the end of the world. right?
they look cute, very fluffy in this pic. Were you able to get teh wax out?
thanks much mamacita
i think they look great nothing prettier than a girl with chunky dreadies
Thanks Rawsum :]i am well aware of the rubberband issue however i keep a close eye on it, and it is one dread that i'm experimenting with. It is funny though how fast my hair locks, it just about eats everything if i let it go, therefore i am beadless, etc.,Also to be honest with you, i don't want to put anything in my hair but hot water. I don't want to buy any product to reverse another product, my hair is natural really curly and frizzy and dry (literally a fro before i locked up) and needs no help once its been back combed. I a a bit fuzzed that I let my friends girlfriend put this gunk in my hair, I am a firm believer in product free locs.but its all good, there's not much left at all and i'm still cleaning just to be safe.btw salons=blehI would not let a soul touch my head, that didn't love me enough share positive vibes. you should stay away from salons! the top of your head is your crown chakra where you receive so much energy and light, as well as radiate your own. i only let the wax thing happen because these people had so much love and light, i figured it would be worth it to just get rid of the wax later on, and not complain to them.
