Thank you both :) I used the bs soak and acv rinse last night and used vitamin e oil and teatree oil in both. I got to leave the soak in a full 30 minutes and it was amazing how cloudy the water was when I rinsed. I believe since I am still new to this again I am going to stick to the bs/acv for a while because it works awesomely and because I dont have to actually touch my hair when using that method of washing. I can tell my hair is breaking up unto different clusters already. Im definitely excited about my journey! Again thank u for the advice.

Welcome. Eagle's right about Dr. B's. I know it's become the go-to soap for locks. But what no one tells you is that, as a castile soap, it will not rinse out well in hard water. No castile soaps do. It might not feel like buildup right away. But over time, it does. Check to see what type of water you have and be careful
