i was directed by someone to speak to you because you sew in extensions? i am very very interested in this method and was really hoping you can maybe share your knowledge on how to do it? See right now ive been rubber banding them in and ive heard of the crocheting method which was not going to happen but not sewing! this is very exciting to me because it is morepermanent and my hair would be moreflexible than having them tied in! thank you for your time and looking forward from hearing from you!

Welcome. Even gentle root rubbing can damage your hair. Any time you mess with your rots, it breaks hairs inside, and weakens your locks
