Hey everybody! I havent even been here a day and I've already got so many warm welcomes. Thank you all! I had been lurking around the site for almost a year now , watching with envy of all of your journies, wanting to start mine soooo bad. I finally got some life changing issues worked out and now I have begun my own. I started mine using the backcomb method (against your advice) but I am happy to say this site has at least kept me from using any chemicals or products ( as well as actually giving me the courage to start them). Even though I'm only a month and a half into it , I can already feel me being a better me and I love how they are forming.... also , I have a ton of pics .... if i could only figure out how to add them......

Welcome!! I back combed mine as well and I'm pretty damn happy with them. They are just over 17 months. While I do wish (kinda) that i'd done 100%natural and encourage as many as possible to do that, back combing isn't the absolute worse thing you could do. Welcome and enjoy those dreadlings!!
