1776 signature goal accomplished!
I turned in the first batch of over 1776 signatures to the US Coast Guard Recruiting Command on Feb. 29, 2012... leap day! (I am petitioning to keep my dreadlocks as a protected article of faith should I be accepted into the USCG.) A rare opportunity on a rare date!
