- Got my first set of dreads 12-21-10 at 17 and I plan on keeping them for awhile . I admit I have used wax the first day I had dreads and I haven't used it since I wash quite often and I feel I've gotten most of the wax out so I guess I'm now just letting them do there own thing with the help of palm rolling after showers , oh I've got 22 dreads and they are thick and wonderful
- How long have you been dreading?
- four Uumonths
- Dreading methods, maintenance, and products used (if you currently have dreads)
- Backcombed , dreadhead wax (not any more) , locking accelerator, occasional lock peppa, dreadhead shampoo

It is true that you will have your good and bad days, and latly ive been havin nuthin but great ones . I am at a point now where it seems that everyday I wake up the just look better and better. I think that contributes to the fact ive ditched tying them back and as a result none are randomly sticking up anymore, I just thought id sshare thd joy ivve been feelibg and hopfully will inspire you all to perserver in this wonderful journey
