"I wrapped a bunch of mine when they were still new and they got all messed up, but I think I might have just wrapped them too tightly....I dunno. If you try not to wrap them very tightly I wouldn't think it would cause any problems."

Confusion...

So I started my dreads about three weeks ago using backcombing and wax and all that fun stuff. But since then I've been reading a whole bunch of different things on the internet about all of the different ways that people say are the "correct" way to get dreadlocks..And now I don't know what I'm supposed to be doing. Do I keep backcombing and doing what I've been doing, or do I just leave them alone and let them do their own thing? Help!See More
