I just commented on another thread about a dude I saw last night. From far away, his long dreads looked really nice. Up close, they were carefully, evenly sectioned with the roots all the same (crocheted, maybe?). I felt bad for the dude...his dread…
haha i have bpught many cars and vans for less then most salons charge for dreads, especialy if u go back fotr followup retightenings
and in the end u get no dreads just a mess.. most salon dreads end up restarted naturaly or by themselves within 3…

yea sure spend 100 bucks to section your hair brilliant... dont even do that section youirself and dont section evenly

your better off going natural or at leasst allow the hair to section itself naturaly
salons are the worse mistake u can make..99% are total disasters

they can charge up to 1000 by time u realize they screwed u

Just twist and rip. I did it to mine and my hair is stick straight and that worked perfect for me I have had mine 6 months and they are doing beautifully on their own!!! I haven't had to touch them since!

- hey i don't know exactly how long ago you sent me the message abou getting your dreads done in greenville. but basically my mom just did them for me with no experience. she saw a few vids and got the main idea with backcombing etc and thats how we started them
