About Me: My reason for growing out my hair into dreadlocks is because it is my identity. I've never enjoyed washing my hair everyday and combing it. I specifically chose the free-form method because I believe getting dreadlocks is a meaningful journey, as your dreads start to form and grow, you yourself are also transforming into your true identity based from the experience you've accomplished.

How long have you been dreading?: July 5, 2011

Dreading methods, maintenance, and products used (if you currently have dreads): I am doing the free-form (patience) method. The only thing I put in my hair is organic soap and tea tree oil. For maintenance I just rip some of my locks and wear a tam.
